According to Van Geel, the success of NOBEARS’ long-term partnerships stems from its strategy of translating strategic goals into concrete steps. CEO Dustin Karelse adds that NOBEARS prefers to embark on such journeys with clients who share the same strategic mindset and vision. “Together, we create solutions that meet or even exceed expectations. While NOBEARS serves a variety of industries, COO Rob Smulders notes a growing focus on customer journeys for consumer brands and retail. “More consumer brands are now selling directly to their customers and are seeking new channels to do so.
